Michael W. Melinger is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York. Michael earned a B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. degree from the School of Law of Fordham University. He is a member of the American Bar Association (Section of Real Property Trust and Estate Law), the New York State Bar Association (Committee on Real Property and Trust Law), and the New York County Lawyers Association. He serves as an arbitrator and a mediator on the New York County Lawyers Association’s Committee on Fee Disputes and Conciliation.

Michael has practiced for over 35 years, focusing on commercial real estate leasing transactions, real estate lease administration, real estate acquisitions and sales, commercial real estate based financing and community association law. Michael has routinely counseled clients on business formation, business transactions and personal planning. Michael thrives on developing innovative and strategic solutions that meet his clients’ needs and help them reach their individual and business goals. Michael evaluates clients’ legal problems from many angles, guiding them through short-term and long-term considerations that will capitalize on available resources.
