Katherine Morales

Katherine is an associate at Katz Melinger PLLC, and focuses her practice on all aspects of employment litigation. She regularly represents employees and employers in cases involving discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Along with her employment litigation practice, Katherine also handles commercial contract disputes and assists clients with the negotiation of severance agreements. Katherine is fluent in Spanish and regularly works with Spanish-speaking clients.
